which I liked the most about these aids: these are rechargeable and the battery lasts for atleast 20 hours with one charge. Charging time is not that much. No hassle of changing the batteries again and again.

I don't have a smartphone so I am living still in 90s. I like your hearing aids a lot as these are super easy to use and operate. This directional product is better than the omni-directional products.
I had some small issues with these hearing aids in the beginning, first, the ear plugs length was little small for my ears but than your team responded over this issue quickly so I was good to go. Second, I guess this was because of my fault - the original decibel levels were off as I listened to my audiologists and did what exactly she guided and in this process hurt my overall need for the hearing aids. I doubt she was testing for her product which was thrice the cost of your hearing aids. Thanks Medininja, you came to my rescue and saved a huge penny. I have ordered these earcentric hearing aids twice from Medininja. Coming to price, its way affordable. I would rate this device 75% in terms of quality. The problem which I am facing is adjustment in volume and sometimes the door opens on its own.
I would happily recommend these aids to all my friends and family living in countryside. Guys do buy from them instead of buying from costly companies.
