Melody BTE hearing aid is a manufacture preset hearing aid. This means that user does not have control to make adjustment on frequency (user can only control the volume, and listening programs). In order to make adjustment on frequency, you will need programmable hearing aid that can be custom programmed based on individual hearing profile (audiogram). This type of adjustment can only be done in our lab using computer software and special equipment.
