EarCentric High Performance Mini BTE Hearing Aid - Harmony

My hearing aids developed some nasty fault two weeks ago. A friend suggested that sent it in for repair. This I did and in four day time, I received my hearing aids working perfectly. Thank you for keeping to your words.

A month ago, I placed an order for a Harmony hearing aids on behalf of my dad. Right away, when he received, he loved them. He claimed that it works well but he would love if the ear tube is much longer. The following day, I contacted support and almost immediately, a longer tube was sent to us. I lost my hearing to the police car siren. I worked as a policeman before I retired. My condition was critical such that I resorted to reading lips before getting this hearing aids. The following day after it was delivered, I went to a friend’s birthday bash. On Sunday, I attended church service and the Sunday school. And I heard every word of the preacher. Within the last couple of months ago after receiving my Harmony hearing aids, I’ve made the support repair them two times. On each occasion, they did a marvelous job. I should mention that on each instance, I was at fault. The last time, I dropped the hearing aids inside the pool at my house. I couldn’t believe it when support told me to send it in. The device work perfectly when it was sent back to me. This is way different from the other brands I’ve been using before. Ordering my Harmony hearing aids wasn’t the easiest decision I’ve made in years. For a long time, I wondered how such a low-priced device could outperform or at least work like my A$3500 hearing aids. The reviews and feedbacks didn’t help matter though. I never wore the expensive brand my husband bought for after trying it for the first time. It was some piece of crap and background noise was unbearable. We saw aHarmony ads online and decided to try this since its cheap and we have little to lose even if it turns out crappy. It was different though. Setting up was so easy. In two minutes or less, I already got the perfect setting to cater for my mild hearing loss. Conversation at home is much more comfortable. No more “huh?”… Heeeheeeee... I was surprised after receiving my Harmony hearing aids from MediNinja…I can hear once more. I was thrilled with top-quality sound the aids produced. I placed an order a second one to serve as backup. With the two pair fitted in my ears, I experienced 360 degrees of sound, unlike when I use one. But, I was almost fooled with the price. When I compared the performance of my aids with that of friend’s, I got to know that Harmony performed at the same level like a $1500 aids. I was so lucky to do my homework. The reviews, feedback, and their customer support all helped me during the selection process. This product deserves my 5-star rating and more. Customer support was great… so, so great and kind! Just got my Harmony hearing aids few months ago. I don’t know if it’s the right to write this review or not.
I was diagnosed with hearing loss few months ago. According to my doctor, hearing aids the ideal solution I can try.
